Deposit payment

Here you can pay for the deposit for borrowing a mallet or shirt or both for a tournament/match. You will be refunded upon return of the items. 

Please note that a Stripe transaction fee will not be refunded, the amount depends on your payment card and the sum, it is usually less than a pound for national cards and around 4 pounds for international cards.

 

Upon picking up the items you will be required to sign them out.   

 

Terms and conditions (as seen on the form to be signed when picking up item):

  • Payment & fees. Membership fees, deposits and any related charges are processed via Stripe. Stripe processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Return of items. All borrowed items must be returned, recorded at sign-out, by the agreed date. Failure to return items will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

  • Membership freeze. Where items are not returned within 5 days after agreed term (or else agreed with a committee representative), the borrower's membership will be frozen. A frozen membership means a ban from all society events and the suspension of all membership perks until the matter is resolved.

  • Responsibility. The borrower is responsible for the safekeeping of all items listed above from the moment of sign-out until they are signed back in by a society representative.

  • Confirmation of payment. By signing, the borrower confirms that the required deposit has been paid in full.
