The La Martina Varsity Day is one of the oldest continuing polo fixtures in the world, and is hosted at Guards Polo Club every summer. The match sees our Blues team take on Oxford University, as well as our Old Blues, Eton vs Harrow and a qualifying match for the Queens Cup High Goal Tournament.
The Atlantic Cup played against Harvard, Oxford and Yale, held in annually and taking place in either the UK and the USA.
The Winter Varsity Match against Oxford played as a friendly match in the arena, with all three levels of Varsity players competing on the same day.
The Schools and Universities Polo Association Winter and Summer National tournaments, which see players from Universities across the UK come together to compete. These are key dates in the University Polo Calendar.
Other tournaments and friendly matches for all levels, against a variety of other Universities and clubs. These are a great way to meet other students involved in the polo world at University.
Weekly lessons for all playing levels during Michaelmas, Lent and Easter term
Optional training trips abroad for both the more competitive player and those new to the sport. Popular locations include South Africa and France, ad well as past trips to South Korea and Argentina.
Social trips such as the CUPC St Moritz Snow Polo trip in January, our May Ball and many exclusive dinners and events both in Cambridge and London.
