BECOME A CUPC MEMBER!​

Current students (undergraduates, postgraduates), staff (postdocs, employees, affiliates) and alumni of the University of Cambridge are eligible for CUPC Membership. We offer member for absolute beginners through to experienced players. Please refer to our FAQs or contact polomanager@cupoloclub.com if you have further questions.

At Cambridge University Polo Club, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all our members. By participating in all events with CUPC, each member agrees to abide by our Welfare Policy which can be found below. Creating a safe and welcoming community is a shared responsibility, and we appreciate your commitment to upholding our principles.

 

 

To become a member, you must complete all of the following steps:

1. Complete the membership form using the "1. Member Form" button above

2. Purchase the relevant type of membership via the "2. Purchase Membership"

3. Register to access the website using the "3. Sign Up" button above.

 

Once your membership has been approved by the Polo Manager or Secretary, you will be added to our mailing list and will able to log in to this website using the "4. Log In" button to access members only areas of the online store (e.g. stash, polo activities).

 

By purchasing membership, you agree that you have read and understood all Key Documents at the bottom of this page.

Playing Membership:

To participate in any lessons or competitions, a Playing Membership is required. This type of membership is the only membership to carry voting rights in the CUPC. You will be able to gain access to our thrilling social calendar as well!

Social Membership:

CUPC also offers membership for those who may not want to play polo, but still want to take part in our variety of fun and extravagant events. The club boasts a packed social calendar throughout the year, from exclusive dinners and cocktail nights, and to the elusive Hunt Ball in winter.

Alumni Membership:

For alumni of the University of Cambridge only. You will be able to play but without subsidies, and have access to our social calendar with some alumni-exclusive events!

All membership types run on academic year basis and expire on 30 September of every year- so essentially the earlier you join us, the more fun you get out of CUPC!
